What is PBS?

Who We Work With

Our PBS Service

What is PBS

  • Positive Behaviour Support involves  helping make changes to improve the quality of a person's life and their environment, to build skills to manage challenging behaviours and to reduce or eliminate the need for restrictive practices.

  • PBS aims to improve the quality of life of individuals with an approach grounded in respect, understanding and proactive strategies.

  • PBS is generally funded through the NDIS. If you are not funded for Behaviour Support services in your NDIS plan, we can provide services via your IDL funding. Our practitioner can conduct an assessment to determine whether PBS is required and write a recommendation report to assist you with applying for Behaviour Support funding in your NDIS plan.
